To qualify for the member rate, you must have a current membership with New England Water Environment Association (NEWEA). Membership is NOT transferrable. If you have any questions, please Contact Us to verify your membership category.
The last day to preregister online, by fax or mail is January 22, 2022. Registration received after January 22, 2022 will be processed onsite.

Confirmation of receipt of registration will be emailed to the conference attendee unless otherwise directed. Please review the registration information in your confirmation carefully as refunds will not be made on registration fees or special events after Friday, January 7, 2022. Due to Association agreements and guarantees, fees are forfeited if you are not able to attend the Conference.
NEWEA will be using a third-party service to verify vaccination status. A link will be sent prior to the conference.

Cancellation Policy & Substitutions
COVID Guidelines: To provide the safest possible event experience, NEWEA is requiring all event participants, including Speakers, to be fully vaccinated, wear a mask covering the nose and mouth in all conference-designated areas, and practice frequent hand hygiene. Speakers will be permitted to remove their masks while presenting for lip reading and sound clarity. Individuals who are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms; have a pending COVID test; and/or have tested positive for COVID in the last 14 days must refrain from attending the in-person event. More information on our COVID Safety Protocols are available in our detailed guidelines.
Cancellation Policy: Written cancellation notice is required and must be received by Friday, January 7, 2022. A 20% service fee will apply to all cancellations. No refunds will be made on registration fees or special events after Friday, January 7. Due to Association agreements and guarantees, fees are forfeited if you are not able to attend the Conference.
Substitutions: Substitutions must be received by January 7, 2022 in writing in order to be processed before the conference. Substitution requests after January 7 must be done onsite. Member rate is not transferable.
