The Select Society of Sanitary Sludge Shovelers (5S) was established in Arizona in October of 1940 to recognize individuals who contribute in some outstanding measure to the activities and betterment of the Member Association. There are now members all over the United States and Canada, all of whom have been “selected” on the basis of merit, and inducted, initiated and integrated into the Society. View 5S Member Roster.
The annual 5S meeting will take place during NEWEA’s Annual Conference & Exhibit by invitation.
